Manuel Ruiz Bertrand possesses extensive experience in the beverage industry, currently serving as Territory Manager at Sovereign Wine and Spirits Ltd. since February 2021. In addition, Manuel has operated as a consultant through Manu Ruiz since January 2015 and has held the position of Beverage Manager at both Le Rouge Gorge and Bar Le Royal from January 2017 to present and January 2017 to May 2021, respectively. Manuel also worked as a Brand Ambassador for Maison Sivo from January 2015 to May 2021 and as Head Bartender at L'ASSOMMOIR from May 2008 to May 2017.
