Kelly Carney is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Capital and Chief People Officer at Southwest Power Pool, Kelly previously held positions such as Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at Delta Dental of Arkansas. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Human Resources Consultant at Transamerica Worksite Marketing, Director of Human Resources at both the Colorado Office of the State Auditor and Trinity Consultants. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Administration from The University of Kansas.
