Gerald Guillaume

Community School Director for Henry Snyder High School, Jersey City, New Jersey at Center for Supportive Schools

Gerald Guillaume is a Community School Director working with Henry Snyder High School in Jersey City, NJ. As a Community School Director, Gerald is responsible for the day-to-day management of the community school strategy in collaboration with school leadership and community partners. Prior to joining CSS, he was the Program Coordinator for Community Education Centers, a non-profit organization in Elizabeth, NJ, that housed, served, and advocated for historically underserved adolescent males. He has also worked as a Family Service Specialist for the Department of Children and Families as well as provided in-home cognitive behavior therapy to autistic youth as an Independent Support Technician for New Care Associates in East Orange, NJ. Gerald holds a bachelorā€™s degree in social work and English from Drew University and is currently working on his MBA (expected Spring 2024).
