Kennedy Ojwala has extensive experience in human resources across various organizations, currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at PATH since January 2017, where responsibilities include managing HR functions for over 1,300 staff and enhancing HR capacity at the county level. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Officer at Kenya Orient Insurance Limited, where Kennedy contributed to the design and implementation of HR policies, and Human Resources Business Partner at Rift Valley Railways, focusing on HR processes and employee development. Previous experience encompasses positions at Safaricom, where Kennedy improved employee satisfaction and productivity, and Sarova Panafric Hotel, which involved day-to-day HR operations. Educational qualifications include a B.Comm in Human Resource Management from Kenyatta University and ongoing studies for an MBA in Human Resource Management at the University of Nairobi, alongside several diplomas and certifications in HR and project management.
