Ashley Ware has extensive experience in child development and family support, currently serving as the Healthy Families Manager at Southwest Human Development since August 2015, where responsibilities include staff supervision, team meeting facilitation, and family outreach efforts. Previously, Ashley held roles such as Quality First Coach, Family Support Specialist at Aware Designs, and clinical professor at Arizona State University, where teaching and mentoring were key components. Additional experience includes positions at Bright Horizons and Family Focus, Inc., focusing on child development activities and training. Ashley's educational background includes a BA in Studio Art & Communications from Lake Forest College and an MS in Child Development from the Erikson Institute.
