Sarah Sax is a skilled mental health professional with extensive experience in case management and advocacy. Currently serving as a Case Response Specialist and Corporate Service Provider Management at Polaris since September 2019, Sarah previously held roles at Community Connections, Inc. as an Interim Supervisor for ACT, managing a team of case managers and overseeing the care of clients. Sarah's background includes significant contributions as a Community Support Specialist and experience in various leadership roles during college, such as President of the Psychology Club and Spanish Club at Florida Atlantic University. Sarah holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University.
