Hana Haller Crowe is the Southern Poverty Law Center’s director of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL). As a director, she is responsible for developing and implementing an approach to MEAL that builds an organizational culture that uses data, learning, and innovation to deliver meaningful results from the SPLC’s initiatives.
Previously, Haller Crowe was the senior director for Global Research & MEAL at Habitat for Humanity International. Her team helped the organization generate and use evidence to improve the quality of its programs as well as engage meaningfully with communities. She also helped actively engage the staff of Habitat’s network in the development of their Theory of Change, the organization’s vision for the future.
