Matthew S. is an experienced engineering professional, currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Southern Ionics since April 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing the corporate engineering department and managing the intern and coop program. Prior to this role, Matthew gained extensive experience at Mohawk Industries as a Process Engineer and Technical Supervisor, focusing on troubleshooting production issues, managing maintenance, and optimizing production processes.
