Marcel Middeldorp has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Project Team Lead and E&I Engineer at The Chemours Company since June 2005. In this role, Marcel executes capital projects and integrates new technologies related to Process Automation and Instrumentation, while also acting as a liaison between the local E&I maintenance department and engineering contractors. Additionally, Marcel has been the Owner of MyWayDiving since January 2023, and has held the position of E&I Engineer at DuPont de Nemours, where responsibilities include implementing capital E&I projects using DCS systems and serving as a Safety Interlock Guardian for the Fluoroproducts department.
