Bart Millstead has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Southern Illinois Healthcare since July 2008, overseeing the operations and management of all three SIH Hospitals. Previously, Bart held the position of Vice President and Administrator at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale with Quorum Health Resources from 1993 to 2008, and also served as Regional Vice President during that period. Bart's educational background includes a Master of Health Administration from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Drury University, and a Diploma of Education in Registered Nursing from St. John's School of Nursing.
