Sarah Blow is the Chief Executive Officer of the South West London Integrated Care System since November 2021, having previously served as the CEO designate for SW London ICS. Prior roles include Accountable Officer for the SW London Alliance of CCGs and SRO for SW London ICS, as well as Chief Officer at Bexley Clinical Commissioning Group. Sarah has experience as Chief Operating Officer for NHS East Sussex and served in transitional roles supporting GPs and staff during the establishment of Clinical Commissioning Groups. Additional positions include Director of Transformation and Whole Systems Improvement in collaboration with the County Council and Assistant Director of Joint Commissioning/Strategy at Sutton and Merton PCT. Sarah holds an MBA from The Open University, a PG Diploma in Healthcare Systems Management from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Humanities from The Open University.
