Lelani Romero has extensive experience in the utilities and retail sectors, currently serving as the Supervisor for Transportation Billing at South Jersey Industries since March 2018, where previously held roles include TPS Billing Group Lead and TPS Billing Specialist. Prior experience includes a position as CSR II at Southern Company from May 2016 to March 2018. Lelani's retail background spans over a decade at Bath & Body Works, where responsibilities included Store Manager and Co-Manager roles, along with experience as an Assistant Manager at Mandees. Lelani is an alumna of DeVry University, with studies completed between 2003 and 2004.
