Holly-jane Smalley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in apprenticeship management and quality assurance within the construction and civil engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Group Head of Apprenticeships at South Hampshire College Group since February 2024, Holly-jane previously held the position of Head of Apprenticeship Operations at Fareham College from November 2022 to February 2024. Holly-jane has also worked as a Quality Improvement Manager for Royal Navy Apprenticeships at Capita and as an Operations Manager at DA TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY LIMITED.
