Celeste Elliott is an experienced professional currently serving as an Office Professionals Adjunct Instructor at Tri-County Technical College since November 2022. In addition, Celeste has held various roles within the South Carolina National Guard since November 2005, including Senior Human Resources Manager, Readiness NCO, Training NCO, Administrative Specialist, and Paralegal. Academically, Celeste earned a Master of Science in Business Administration Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University between 2018 and 2022, and holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Limestone University in Human Resource Management and Training and Development.
