Joy Bragdon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources within the military sector. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the National Chief Recruiter at Navy Recruiting Command since October 2022, Joy's previous roles include Director of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Director at both the US Navy and Navy Talent Acquisition Group New England. Joy has also held positions as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Aviation Quality Assurance Inspector with the US Navy and served as Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Girl Scouts of the USA. Joy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management from Grand Canyon University, earned between 2015 and 2019.
