Tomasz Rados currently serves as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tomasz held various positions including Financial Correspondent / Project Assistant at the European Commission, where contributions were made to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support (DG REFORM) from February 2022 to January 2024. Additionally, Tomasz was a member of the Stakeholder's Council of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023, volunteering to support academic and professional development. Earlier experience includes working at the European Defence Agency and the European External Action Service, among other positions within various European Commission roles. Tomasz holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, obtained in 2003.
