Heather Stouffer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Heather is currently working as the COO at Soupergirl since October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Founder & CEO of Mom Made Foods, a company they started in May 2006. Under their leadership, Mom Made Foods grew from a local farmers market vendor to a national brand available in over 5000 grocery stores. Before starting their own venture, Heather worked as the Director of Business Development at Beaconfire Consulting, Inc. from April 2003 to November 2005, where they developed business relationships and sold internet services to nonprofit organizations. Heather also served as the Director of European Sales and Channel Development at PSINet Europe from 1997 to 2002. Heather's early experience includes working as a Campaign Manager at Arts Marketing Services, where they successfully led a team of telemarketers and managed fundraising campaigns for organizations like the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra and the Royal Ontario Museum. Overall, their background demonstrates strong leadership, entrepreneurial skills, and expertise in business development and marketing.

Heather Stouffer attended Denison University from 1992 to 1996 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
