Idar Bergli is a seasoned professional in the fields of engineering and development, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Sopra Steria since August 2021, where the company is recognized as Norway's leading consulting firm in digitalization. Prior to this role, Idar held positions as a Senior Developer and Developer at Norsk Hydro from August 2018 to August 2021, and served as a Service Engineer at MHWirth between October 2014 and July 2018, overseeing personnel and installation projects. Experience at Aker Solutions from July 2009 to October 2014 included international assignments in South Korea, the USA, Brazil, and China, along with leading installation projects. Idar began a career in automation as an Automatiker and Automatiker Lærling at Hydro Aluminium and Norsk Hydro, respectively, while earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Industrial Automation from the University of South-Eastern Norway from 2006 to 2009.
