Previously, at TOA Global, Tinus Smit focused on source control and deployment processes, as well as collaborating on large feature designs. With experience as a Senior CRM Developer at both Mint Group and Deloitte South Africa, Tinus Smit has a proven track record of implementing and enhancing CRM solutions tailored to client needs, alongside a history of mentoring colleagues. Tinus Smit's career spans various roles from Developer to Team Lead at multiple organizations, demonstrating a deep commitment to CRM technology and development since beginning as a Developer at iNathi Technologies in 2006. Tinus Smit holds a Diploma in IT Programming from IIE Varsity College.
