Mumi Al-Anik is a Business Insights Specialist at Sonnet Insurance Company, where responsibilities include serving as a scrum master for a nine-person team and utilizing various analytical tools such as Google Cloud Platform, Python, and Tableau. Previous experience includes working as an Insurance Advisor at a Digital Contact Centre, engaging with 4.6K unique customers while achieving a Net Promoter Score of 59. Mumi also served as a Research & Teaching Assistant at the University of Saskatchewan, conducting research on chronic lower back pain in Indigenous communities and evaluating the THN program's impact on labor and health outcomes. Prior to that, Mumi held a position as a Business Analyst with the City of Edmonton, focusing on developing algorithms for business problem analysis.
