Danielle Brien

Director, Operational Performance And Workforce Optimization at Excellus BCBS

Danielle Brien has a diverse work experience, mainly in the healthcare industry. Danielle started their career in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative at Excellus BCBS and gradually progressed to higher roles within the company. Danielle worked as a Technical Analyst, Claims Processor, Operations Analyst, and later became a Performance Metrics Advisor. In 2018, they served as a Process Improvement Manager and then as a Manager of Workforce Management. Currently, Danielle holds the position of Director of Operational Performance and Workforce Optimization at Excellus BCBS. Before joining Excellus BCBS, they also worked as an Assistant Manager at Wegmans from 2001 to 2003.

Danielle Brien completed their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from Monroe Community College from 2001 to 2004.
