Nicole R. Nelson-Hardeman, CMCA, currently serves as the General High Rise Manager at Somerset Association Management, Inc., starting in December 2022, specializing in high-rise condominium association management. Prior experience includes roles as Onsite General Manager at Paloma Lake Master Community Inc. from April 2019 to January 2022 and as Onsite Community Manager at Associa from April 2012 to April 2019, where responsibilities included portfolio management and general management. Additional experience includes serving as Community Manager and Community Association Portfolio Manager at RealManage between January 2015 and January 2018. Nicole holds a degree in Real Estate from Kaplan University (2008-2012) and is recognized as CMCA designated and M-100 certified by CAI, with ongoing education since 2012.
