Paul Scanlan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and public service. As Principal at Strategy Consulting Services since June 2006, Paul has developed a strong background in strategic planning. Additionally, Paul has served as the Vice Chair Planning Commissioner for the City of Apple Valley, MN, since December 2009. Paul was also an active Board Member and Executive Committee Secretary for the University of St. Thomas Graduate Business Alumni from May 2017 to May 2023. Prior to these roles, Paul spent nearly a decade at Raytheon Aircraft Company, where positions included Senior Contracts Negotiator and Technical Marketing Specialist. Paul holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas — Opus College of Business and a BS in Airway Science Aircraft Systems Management from the University of North Dakota.
