Nikolai Gregory Galle is the Founder and CEO of Solve Next, a company that focuses on delivering positive impact through simple and straightforward language, frameworks, tools, and techniques. Nikolai Gregory is responsible for ensuring the company's various programs meet their promise to clients. Nikolai Gregory also works as a Partner at mach49 and serves on the board of Not For Sale. In addition, Galle is an Advisor for Project M, a program that inspires and educates young designers and creatives. Nikolai Gregory has also served as an Advisor for Fuse Corps and co-founded C2, where they worked as the Managing Member. Galle was a board member for Hope Street Group and held roles at Barclays and Barclays Global Investors, as well as Wells Fargo Nikko Investment Advisors.

Nikolai Gregory Galle obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Communication Design from Otis College of Art and Design, which they attended from 1981 to 1985. In 1984, they also pursued a course in Communication Design at Parsons School of Design Paris, focusing on Design and Visual Communications. Additionally, in January 2012, Nikolai earned certifications as a "Certified Wrong Thinker" and "Think Wrong Instigator" from Solve Next.
