Nikhara Nirghin is the Co-founder and CEO of Chima since 2022. Prior to this, she worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in 2021 and as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2017 to 2020. Nikhara also held the role of Actuary at Liberty Group South Africa in 2016. She is currently pursuing further education at Y Combinator and previously obtained a MBA from London Business School. Nikhara holds a Bachelor of Science Honours in Actuarial Science, Finance, and Mathematical Statistics from the University of the Witwatersrand.
