Belinda Schatteman currently serves as the Head of Site HR & Labor Relations at Syensqo since December 2023. With an extensive career at Solvay starting in October 2008, Belinda has held various leadership positions including Global People Delivery - Head of Connect, HR Director GBU Soda Ash & Derivatives, HR Manager Corporate Functions, and Head of Industrial Relations Europe. Belinda's educational background includes a Master after Master in Marketing from Vlerick Business School and a Master in Psychology from Ghent University, complemented by additional leadership training at IMD.
