Kiran Thakur has extensive experience in the field of HR analytics and business intelligence, currently serving as Manager of HR Analytics at Koch Business Solutions, a position held since November 2009. Previous roles at Koch include Supervisor of Reporting & Analytics, Technical Lead in Data and Analytics, Senior BI Professional in HRIT, and BI Consultant. Kiran’s earlier career includes positions as a BI Solution Expert at Softpath System and various Cognos consulting roles at Greenville Hospital System, Brooks Automation / Asyst Technologies, Litton, and Syngenta Crop Protection. Kiran holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, after completing education at Don Bosco High School in India.
