Ryan is a lawyer with over 15 years legal experience, having qualified in the Australian Capital Territory in 2005. Ryan joined SolGold in the role of Group General Counsel in 2021, expanding on the experience he gained whilst working as General Counsel for AIM listed Central Asia Metals plc from 2012, and before this as Legal Officer and Company Secretary from 2008 for Kazakh minerals business, Sunkar Resources. Prior to this, Ryan gained legal experience working in private practice, and corporate finance experience working in the UK investment banking sector.
