Carlos Aybar is an experienced supply chain and management professional with a robust background in the petroleum industry. Currently serving as Regional Manager for Supply at Sol Petroleum since January 2014, Carlos has progressed through various roles including Supply Planning and Optimization Manager and Caribbean Supply Coordinator. Prior experience includes a decade at ExxonMobil, where Carlos held positions such as Americas South Senior Supply Coordinator, overseeing fuel supply chain optimization across 18 Latin American nations, and CCA Supply Coordinator, managing fuel supply logistics for 19 nations in the Caribbean and Central America. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo and completion of leadership programs at Thunderbird School of Global Management and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
