Muhlis Adi Nugraha is an operational trainee at China Shenhua Energy Co., Ltd. since January 2024, with prior experience as a welder at PT Kanitra Mitra Jayautama and as a heavy-duty welder at Pamapersada Nusantara from August 2022 to January 2024. Earlier, Muhlis served as a mechanic helper at PT. Sumatra Unggul during an internship while completing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Tridinanti Palembang, which was obtained in October 2021. Muhlis started education at SMK Pratiwi Prabumulih, focusing on Automotive Engineering Technology, graduating in April 2017.
