With a career spanning over two decades in recruitment and talent management across various organizations, including Systech/Softtek and HCL Axon, Helen has a proven track record in global strategic recruitment and operational performance improvement. Helen holds certifications in People Analytics and Statistical Modeling from The Wharton School and an MBA in International Business Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, complemented by ongoing studies in Spanish at Rice University.
