Sara Fernandes Marques is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles at Fujitsu and Optimus. Currently serving as Global HR Manager at Fujitsu since November 2022, Sara previously held the position of Senior HR Manager at Fujitsu Portugal from April 2011 to October 2022, where responsible for the strategic HR plan and managing the Operational HR team. Sara's expertise encompasses recruitment, employee relations, talent management, organizational design, and workforce analytics. Prior to this, Sara gained diverse experience as an HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Manager, and HR Specialist, focusing on aligning HR policies with business objectives and managing performance and development processes. Sara holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and graduate and postgraduate degrees in Psychology and Forensic Psychology from Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa.
