Stella Geliskhanova has a diverse work experience in the fields of human resources, recruitment, and finance. Stella started their career in 2006 at B&N Bank, where they worked in trading support. Stella then moved to Renaissance Capital, where they gained experience in operations and trading support from 2008 to 2013. Following this, they joined Citi as a client management professional for a year.

In 2014, Stella took on the role of a recruitment consultant at Recruitment Boutique S.M.Art. During their time there, they focused on headhunting for banking and finance practices and successfully attracted six international and Russian clients in one year. Stella then transitioned to Sberbank, the largest bank in Russia, where they served as an HR manager, executive search consultant, and inclusion project leader from 2016 to 2019. Notably, they developed and implemented a recruitment methodology for candidates with disabilities.

In 2020, Stella became the HR Director, People Partner, and member of the WTS Global HR Committee at ALTHAUS Group, a leading Russian finance, tax, law, and management consulting firm. In this role, they reported to the Founder and CEO and led a team of five.

Continuing their HR career, Stella joined SoftSmile in 2019 as an HR Partner and Advisor to the Founder & Chief Executive Officer. Stella was responsible for implementing a payroll platform for international employees within a month, which involved analyzing the market, negotiating with vendors, stakeholders, and employees, and transferring the payroll process to the platform.

In the same year, Stella also began working at MOTOR Share as an HR Partner. Stella contributed to the establishment of this newly established e-platform in the Middle East, which focused on innovative mobility and used the latest IT-developments and technologies.

Most recently, Stella joined T1 Group in 2021 as the Head of Executive Search and International & Corporate Functions Recruitment. T1 Group is a leading IT company in Russia. In this role, they undertook executive search and headhunting for CxO positions, implemented executive search recruitment methodology, built and trained a team for executive search recruitment, and supervised corporate functions recruitment.

Stella Geliskhanova completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from North-Caucasus Federal University from 2002 to 2007. In 2016 and 2017, they attended the Higher School of Economics and studied Human Resources Management and Services. Stella obtained a certificate in Career Consulting from Career Management School from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, Stella obtained the Ontarget Assessment Tool certification from Detech (Development Technologies Ltd) in December 2019 and the Assessment Center certification from Vysshaya Shkola Ekonomiki in April 2017.
