Prior to this, Roxana was the BU Manager for Engineering & e-Commerce at Cátenon Worldwide Executive Search, where engagement with client groups and senior leaders was pivotal for understanding hiring needs. Additional experience includes roles as a Retail HR Consultant at Luxe Talent, International HRBP at Bershka, Operations Account Manager at Catenon, and Lead Recruiter at Xerox. Roxana's educational background encompasses a Master's degree in Digital Talent Management from Nuclio Digital School and a Master's in Human Resources Management from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros, among other qualifications in business and law.
