Sarla D. has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Sarla started their career as an Admin cum counselor at Frankfinn Airhostess Academy in 2011. Sarla then worked as a Senior HR at ABM Travels and Tour Pvt Ltd for four years, where they handled tasks such as recruiting staff and advising on pay and remuneration issues. In 2018, Sarla joined Droisys as an HR and later became a People Operations Manager. Sarla then worked as a Client Success Manager at DIESTRO BUSINESS SERVICES from 2020-2021. In 2021, Sarla joined Panaashexperts as an HR Manager leading and development, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment. Currently, they are working at SkillGigs.com as a Team Lead-Talent Acquisition, where they focus on sourcing, attracting, and onboarding employees to promote the company's brand through recruitment initiatives and events.

Sarla D. completed their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Miranda House College between 2007 and 2010. Sarla further pursued their education and obtained a Master's degree in the same field from Shyam Lal College from 2009 to 2011.
