Josef Kanka has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Josef began their career as a Promotion Supervisor for Shortlist Media Ltd in 2007. In 2008, they became a Negotiator for Belvoir!. In 2010, they were a Negotiator for Shepherd Gilmour Properties. In 2011, they were a Brand Representative for Sonos, Inc. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Client Manager for CxC Consulting, where they managed strategic relationships and services of a leading communication consulting firm in London. In 2015, they became an Executive Producer for The M:vement. Since 2017, they have been working for SOFTGAMES - Mobile Entertainment Services GmbH as a Head of Partnerships, Senior Business Development Manager, and Business Development Manager.

Josef Kanka's education history includes studying International Management at The University of Manchester from 2008 to 2012, participating in an International Business Exchange Programme Mexico at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2010 to 2011, and completing International Foundation Studies at Leeds Beckett University from 2007 to 2008.
