Victoria Freckleton is an experienced professional in customer operations and project management, currently serving as Customer Operations Manager at Softchoice since February 2013. Victoria has held multiple roles within Softchoice, including Microsoft Order Management Supervisor and Order Management Supervisor in Customer Fulfillment. Prior to Softchoice, Victoria worked as an Account Manager at Solution Q, focusing on sales for Eclipse PPM, a project portfolio management software. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Finance concentration and Economics minor from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a SCMP Accreditation Candidate in Supply Chain Management through the Supply Chain Management Association.
