Youssef Bnimadar currently serves as Manager Release Engineering at Sofrecom since April 2019, focusing on the production deployment of services and product versions while ensuring compliance with SLAs. Responsibilities include managing project modes, sharing non-functional requirements, overseeing release processes, verifying technical architecture, and conducting pre-production tests. Prior to this role, Youssef worked at Atos from June 2014 to April 2019 as Tower Service Manager, where oversight of operational teams and continuous service improvement were key duties, and previously as Configuration Manager with experience as an SCCM Administrator from March 2010 to April 2014. Youssef holds a BAC+5 degree in Software Engineering from Hautes Etudes en Ingénierie et Systèmes d'information, completed between 2009 and 2011.
