Tamara Shoubber is a skilled project manager and designer with extensive experience in marketing and creative operations. Currently serving as the Project Manager for SoFi's Creative Studio since November 2022, Tamara previously held multiple roles at Oracle, including Marketing Specialist and Creative Project Manager, where strategic cross-channel campaigns and employee retention initiatives were successfully implemented. As the owner of Tamtastic Creations, a business offering handcrafted products, and as a former Director of Product Design at AggieWorks, Tamara has demonstrated leadership in creative vision and team collaboration. Additional experience includes marketing and design roles within student organizations at UC Davis, highlighted by substantial increases in social media engagement and brand awareness. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Davis.
