Sarah Harness is an accomplished technical recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and team leadership. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Recruiter for Internal Mobility at SoFi since December 2020, Sarah has contributed to the company's mission of assisting members in achieving financial independence. Prior to SoFi, Sarah worked at Apex Systems from June 2015 to December 2020, progressing from a Technical Recruiter to Delivery Team Lead, where responsibilities included leading a team and performing individual recruiter duties. Sarah began the career in recruitment at Bivouac Ann Arbor and gained valuable experience as an intern at Fostering Futures Adoption Agency. Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
