Elana (Krieger) Brickner is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Payoneer, Elana has previously held significant positions at Lyft, including Head of People Business Partners and Head of People for Rideshare and Transit, as well as roles for Transit, Bikes, and Scooters. Prior to Lyft, Elana was Head of People at Via - On-Demand Transit and Head of Human Resources at Boxed. Elana also served as Vice President of Employment, Compensation & Benefits at Viacom Inc. Elana holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Effectiveness from The Wharton School and has attended Georgetown University Law Center for legal studies.
