Kathy Off, PMP, has extensive experience in strategic and stakeholder relations, currently serving at the Society of American Military Engineers since 2006, holding various managerial positions, including Strategic & Stakeholder Relations, Meetings & Exhibits Manager, Joint Engineer Training Conference (JETC) Manager, and Training and Post Operations Support Specialist. Kathy's responsibilities encompass managing communication between multiple stakeholders and overseeing major events such as the SAME Small Business Conference and DOD Briefings. Prior to this, Kathy served in the US Army from 1995 to 2004, where roles included Company Family Readiness Group Leader and Operations Officer. Kathy holds a Bachelor's degree in English, Philosophy, and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's degree in Human Services from Murray State University.
