Katherine Napier has a diverse work experience ranging from client success management to nanny services. Katherine began their career in 2007 as a Student Manager at The University of Texas at Austin. In 2010, they interned as a Clerk III at the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Katherine then worked as a Nanny for a private family from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Accruent as a Renewals Specialist and later became a Senior Renewal Specialist. Katherine transitioned to the role of Associate Manager, Pricing in 2017 before leaving the company in 2018. Currently, they serve as a Strategic Client Success Manager at Social Solutions.

Katherine Napier obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marine and Freshwater Biology from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 2005 to 2013. Additionally, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography and the Environment from the same institution, studying from 2005 to 2010. In September 2022, they obtained a certification in "Developing Executive Presence" from LinkedIn.
