Trina Gibson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business services, currently serving as the Group Human Resources Business Partner and Group Director of Business Services at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis since January 2020. Prior to this role, Trina held various positions at Indiana University Health Plans from 2008 to September 2019, including Program Director of Training & Development and Director of the Customer Solutions Center. Additionally, Trina volunteered as the Circle City Classic Parade Co-Chair from 1996 to 2013 and worked as the Manager of the Customer Solutions Center at The HealthCare Group from 1992 to December 2008. Trina holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Anderson University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
