Elaine Lam is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at So.G People Solutions since January 2024, Elaine has also been the Program Director for Human Resources at HR Dynamics Limited since January 2021, where engagement in HR consulting projects is a primary focus. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at Renishaw from December 2018 to November 2020, General Manager - HR (Asia) at HAUNI Far East Ltd. from September 2016 to August 2018, and Manager/HRBP (Asia Pacific) at Emerson Climate Technologies for over sixteen years from July 2000 to July 2016. Elaine holds an MBA from Macquarie University and an Executive Diploma in Corporate Coaching from The University of Hong Kong, graduating with distinction.
