Andreas Schatzschneider is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality. Currently serving as Executive Chef at SO/ Berlin Das Stue since April 2024, Andreas previously held the position of Interim Executive Chef at Waldorf Astoria Berlin for a brief tenure in September to October 2023. From October 2021 to September 2023, Andreas worked as F&B Director Operations at Hirmer Hospitality and has held multiple Executive Chef roles at esteemed establishments including Rocco Forte Hotels and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Notably, during a 19-year tenure with The Ritz-Carlton, Andreas received several accolades, including AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Five Star awards with a remarkable achievement of No. 1 in guest satisfaction for Food & Beverage globally.
