Eleni V. is an experienced professional in operational risk management, currently serving as Operational Risk Lead at Booking Holdings since June 2022, having previously held various risk management roles at permanent tsb from November 2016 to May 2022 and at Bank of Ireland from January 2015 to October 2016. With a solid background in risk assessment and business controls assurance, Eleni V. has also contributed to project management efforts, notably during the migration of Greek operations for Barclaycard, where teamwork and customer service excellence were prioritized. Eleni V. holds a Professional Diploma in Banking Risk Management Practices and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature & Philosophy from University College Dublin, as well as a National Diploma in Harmony and Counterpoint from Philippos Nakas Conservatory of Music in Athens.
