Archna Luthra has worked in various roles in the marketing and finance industry since 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as an Email/Planning Editor at MoneySavingExpert.com, working closely with the Founder, Martin Lewis. Archna then moved to Moneysupermarket Group as Head of Clubs & Operations and Head of Clubs, where they implemented a strategy to focus commercial and product teams on improvements to drive incremental revenue. In 2018, they took a sabbatical and travelled. In 2019, they took on two roles: a Product and Marketing (contract) role at Moneybox, where they advised on the launch of cash savings products, and a Collective Switch Future Strategy Lead (contract) role at Ofgem, where they conducted key stakeholder research and analysed key insight from completed Ofgem collective trials. In 2020, they became Marketing Director, Head of Marketing and Content & Marketing (contract) at Snoop, and Director at The Martin Lewis Coronavirus Charity Fund.
Archna Luthra has a diverse education history. Archna completed a Master of Business Administration (sponsored) at Bayes Business School from 2016 to 2018. Archna also holds an MSc in European Politics & Policy from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Sussex. Additionally, Archna has obtained several certifications from Jellyfish, including Analytics Insight (November 2019), Google Adwords Advanced (November 2019), SEO Standard (November 2019), Content Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimisation, Facebook Advertising Advanced, and Google Analytics.
