Elena's earlier career includes a position as a Member of the Fundraising Department at ASPSE, where responsibilities focused on prospecting and collaborating with local companies. Educationally, Elena holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Bucharest.
