Ashkan Ghaenian is an experienced professional in the fields of commercial management and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Commercial at SnappMarket and the Head of Customer Experience at SnappGrocery since January 2023. Prior to these roles, Ashkan held multiple positions at SnappMarket from September 2018 to December 2022, including Head of Customer Experience, Business Intelligence Manager, and Category Manager. Ashkan's career began as a Process Manager at a Water Treatment Company from June 2017 to August 2018. Ashkan holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Tehran, where studies were completed between 2007 and 2015.
